Exhaust system is one of the most important part when it comes to engine tuning for better engine output and engine performance.

Here, at SuperStreet, we are specialized in manufacturing and fabricating stainless steel extractor, or exhasut manifold some might call it, for street going cars.

Most stock standard extractor is made of casted iron, the drawback of the factory extractor setup is, it is not meant for maximum performance due to production cost i.e the inner surface is not smooth and does not have maximum exhaust flow efficiency. With SuperStreet extractor, we ensure the exhaust air flows quickly and smoothly for better engine output.

Through careful R&D, with the right inner diameter stainless steel piping and equal diameter mandrel bent curves, exhaust air can be evacuated more freely.

Lastly, the piping formation of the extractor and how they run in order to have maximum exhaust flow pattern after each cylinder's firing sequence is important to get a balanced backpressure and maximum exhaust velocity.

The performance of the SuperStreet products is further proven by our in-house dyno test. Every single extractor and exhaust design is tested before it is being put into mass production.

The overall and flanges dimension is measured
with great care to ensure all the mounting locations
are with high accuracy.

After the overall dimension is confirmed, mandrel
bent stainless steel pipe sections are joint to form
the basic shape of the extractor.

to be confirmed, to ensure there is no interference
with the surrounding engine components.
